Strategist. System Builder. Trainer.
I help government agencies, philanthropies, and community organizations strengthen the systems, programs, and people that make communities safer.
Translating strategy into programs that work, with the policies, tools, and management systems to sustain them.
Building the knowledge, skills, and well-being of frontline practitioners, from individual training to organization-wide learning systems.
Designing the structures for government, philanthropy, and CBOs to collaborate effectively, with equity and accountability built in.
Working with leaders to develop CVI strategies grounded in data, rooted in local knowledge, and built to last.
Bridging the gap between what research says and what practitioners need, making evidence accessible and applicable in real-world program contexts.
Building the systems that help organizations know if they are working, and course-correct when they are not.
My work is grounded in human rights. With my short time on this earth, I strive to increase safety, freedom, and opportunity for all people, centering those most harmed by broken systems.
I spent the first decade of my career in direct service, honing my skills and analysis through real experience. Since then, I have been privileged to help steer some of the most influential CVI programs in the country. Today I work nationally, partnering with governments, foundations, and community organizations to build the infrastructure that makes communities safer.

Guided statewide violence reduction strategy for Washington State. Designed and led a Community Safety Council model that brought together authentic partnership, data-informed strategy, and intentional program design to support communities across the state.
Led the design of a DOJ-funded national technical assistance center focused on strengthening the capacity of CVI organizations. Co-developed the CVI-ROSE, one of the first capacity assessment tools built specifically for CVI programs. Delivered training and technical assistance to an inaugural cohort of eight organizations across the United States.
Led staff development and performance management for one of the country's largest and most closely studied CVI programs. Co-designed the workforce model and led a program redesign in collaboration with six community partners.
Taught introductory social welfare policy course to first-year MSW students.
